Erica Hines

Erica Hines is currently the Senior Director at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center. Prior to their current position, they worked as an Associate at Samet & Company from July 2009 to September 2010. In this position, Erica was responsible for instituting analytical tools and generating reports to measure project results and staff utilization. Erica also facilitated the implementation and training of XCM Solutions, which enabled partners to more easily access project information.

Prior to their work at Samet & Company, Erica was a Financial Analyst/Financial Management Associate at Ernst & Young LLP from February 1997 to July 2006. In this role, they developed project analysis tools that increased efficiency and net revenue for the firm. Erica also created reporting tools that provided budget-to-actual comparisons and presented profitability results, consultant staff billable time and utilization, and project management and profitability.

Before their work at Ernst & Young, Erica was a Financial/Project Analyst at the Society of Saint John the Evangelist from July 2006 to June 2009. In this role, they established marketing reports to track prospective clients and maintain pipeline information. This work increased revenue for the organization.

Erica began their professional career as a Fund Accountant at Children’s Hospital from June 1994 to August 1996.

Before their current role as a Fellow at The Partnership, Erica Hines earned their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Emmanuel College. Erica then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Business Administration and a certificate in Business Analytics from UMass Boston.

They work with Susan Mlodozeniec - Marketing Director, Rahul Yarala - Executive Director, Wind Technology Testing Center, and Kathryn Niforos - Director of Communications. Erica Hines reports to Jennifer Daloisio, CEO.
