Kate Howard, CMP has been with the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority since October 2006, serving in various event services roles before being promoted to Senior Event Services Manager in July 2018. Responsible for meeting exhibitors' service requests and ensuring operational needs are communicated to the proper departments. Graduated from Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management, specializing in Tourism, Convention, and Event Management.
