Sheena Collier

Sheena Collier is a prominent leader and advocate for racial diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as a Board Member for the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority and as the Founder & CEO of Boston While Black, a network aimed at connecting Black professionals and entrepreneurs in Boston. With extensive experience in fostering economic opportunities and community support, Collier founded The Collier Connection to address barriers faced by people of color. Previous roles include Director of Economic Opportunity at the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, Director of the Boston Promise Initiative at the Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative, and Manager of Extended Learning & Services at Boston Public Schools. An alumna of Harvard Graduate School of Education and Spelman College, Collier also completed the Babson WIN Lab to advance women-owned businesses.
