Justin Stempeck currently serves as the Interim General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel at the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, overseeing regulatory compliance for casino and sports wagering operators. With a robust legal background, Justin has held significant positions such as Chief Regulatory Officer at Compliable, where strategic direction was provided on product development and regulatory relationships. As the Founder/Principal of GCompliance, LLC, Justin focused on helping gaming companies meet regulatory obligations across jurisdictions. Previous roles include Director of Licensing at DraftKings Inc., Associate General Counsel at the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, and Shareholder at Boyle, Shaughnessy & Campo.
