Zachary Mercer

Zachary Mercer serves as Enforcement Counsel at the Massachusetts Gaming Commission since January 2023. Previously, Zachary worked as an Associate at Percy Law Group, PC from April 2022 to January 2023, and served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office from December 2014 to April 2022. Zachary holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law, obtained in May 2014, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Boston University, earned in May 2010.
