Dillon Search-Wells

Dillon Search-Wells is an experienced Lead Peer Specialist with Vinfen's ACCS Team 4 since October 2019, and also serves as a Peer Specialist at Massachusetts General Hospital and Cambridge Health Alliance. Dillon's career in peer support began with a Residential Counselor position at Vinfen in early 2017, and includes roles as a Peer Support Worker at Bay Cove Human Services and volunteer work aiding recovery initiatives at Boston Medical Center. Dillon has a background in culinary arts from Bunker Hill Community College and has studied political science at multiple institutions. Previous work experience includes customer service roles at Staples and United Parking, as well as foundational volunteer positions at Gould Farm.
