Omar Zurkiya

Omar Zurkiya is a highly skilled radiologist specializing in interventional radiology with extensive experience at Massachusetts General Hospital from July 2014 to the present, where roles include Radiologist and Assistant Radiologist. Additionally, Omar serves as an Instructor at Harvard Medical School since 2015. Prior to current positions, Omar completed an Interventional Radiology Fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital and a residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from July 2008 to June 2013. Academically, Omar holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Emory University School of Medicine, a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bioengineering with a minor in Mathematical Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology with a minor in Biomedical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
