Steven Defossez

Steven Defossez, MD, EMHL, CPE, is a seasoned Neuroradiologist at Tufts New England Medical Center since August 2023 and has served as Vice President of Clinical Integration at Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association since December 2014, focusing on strategic leadership and policy initiatives for healthcare reform. In addition, Steven holds roles as a Medical Advisor at SphereGen and President/Blog Author at DefoSays Consulting, LLC, while also providing consulting services as a per diem MRI radiologist at Atrius Health and Beverly Radiology Associates. With a rich academic background, including degrees from Tufts University and Tufts University School of Medicine, alongside a Master's in Executive Master of Healthcare Leadership from Brown University, Steven has a distinguished career marked by extensive public speaking engagements on combating the opioid crisis and significant leadership roles on various healthcare boards.
