Associate Director, Behavioral Health Workforce Initiatives at Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers

Madison Schmitt, M.Ed., has extensive experience in behavioral health workforce initiatives, currently serving as the Associate Director at the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers since July 2018. In this role, Madison conducts research to develop workforce strategies and manages relationships with various stakeholders, including government and community leaders. Prior positions include Senior Manager and Manager roles focused on behavioral health and primary care workforce initiatives, where Madison collaborated on advocacy efforts for state funding and enhanced provider retention programs. Earlier experience includes roles as a Talent Development Coordinator and Behavioral Therapist, alongside volunteering with Call2Talk. Madison holds a Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University, along with two Bachelor's degrees in Psychology from Arizona State University and Florida Gulf Coast University.
