Daniel Sullivan

Daniel Sullivan is an accomplished educator and researcher in the field of mechanical engineering, currently serving as an Associate Teaching Professor at the University of Massachusetts Lowell since July 2012. Previously, Daniel held positions as an Assistant Teaching Professor at the same university and as an Adjunct Professor at The College of New Jersey. Daniel's teaching expertise encompasses a wide range of undergraduate mechanical engineering courses, including engineering design and fluid mechanics. With a solid background in industry, Daniel worked as a Principal Scientist at Research Support Instruments, focusing on aerospace-related research, and served as Engineering Manager at Bergen Cable Technology, Inc. Prior academic experience includes a role as Assistant Professor at Kettering University. Daniel holds a Ph.D. in aerospace engineering and possesses dual bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Physics from The Cooper Union and New York University, respectively.
