Dawn Williams

Dawn Williams currently serves as the Associate Director of Admissions CRM and Systems Management at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where responsibilities include managing the implementation of the Slate admissions CRM, supporting Salesforce and Pardot solutions, and overseeing digital marketing campaigns. Previous positions include Editorial Project Manager and Online Marketing Specialist at John Wiley and Sons, where Dawn managed online community portals, coordinated training for editorial teams, and led digital marketing efforts, overseeing thousands of campaigns annually. Dawn holds a BA in Art from UMass Boston and a Webmaster Certification from the same institution, complemented by additional training from Delphi Online Training.
