Jim McGonigle

Jim McGonigle, M.Ed, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Employer Relations and the Assistant Director of Cooperative Education at the University of Massachusetts Lowell since February 2014. Responsibilities include developing and implementing recruitment strategies and managing the Cooperative Education Program within the Manning School of Business. Prior experience encompasses roles such as Educator at Lowell Public Schools, HR Employment Specialist/Corporate Recruiter at New Balance Athletic Shoe, Sr Recruiting Team Leader at Black Diamond Networks, and Sr. Recruiting Team Lead at Eliassen Group. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Educational Studies/Counseling and an M.Ed in Counselor Education/School Counseling from Rivier University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Saint Anselm College.
