Eric Burgess Ace, Ase

Eric Burgess, ACE, ASE, has extensive experience in airport operations, currently serving as the Airport Operations Shift Manager and previously as a Communication Specialist with the Massachusetts Port Authority since December 2016. From May 2013 to December 2016, Eric worked as an Airport Operations Specialist at the Pease Development Authority, where responsibilities included conducting airfield inspections and managing wildlife hazards. Prior to this role, Eric was a Scheduler and Crew Service Representative at PlaneSense, Inc. from June 2011 to May 2013, overseeing flight scheduling and crew accommodations. Eric holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aviation/Air Traffic Management and an Associate's degree in Aviation Operations, both from Daniel Webster College.
