Stephen Flecchia

Stephen Flecchia is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in capital programs, currently serving at the Massachusetts Port Authority since April 2017. Prior to this role, Stephen worked as a project manager at Jacobs from July 1993 to March 2017, where valuable expertise was gained in managing various engineering projects. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned between 1986 and 1990.
