Stacy Patino

Stacy Patino began their work experience at Cambridge College in 2011 as the Manager of Benefits. Stacy worked in this role until August 2015. In September 2015, they joined the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) as the Director of Human Resources. In this position, they were responsible for enhancing and planning all aspects of the human resources function to support the MSBA's mission. Stacy also played a key role in managing the recruitment process and aligning HR initiatives with the Authority's strategic objectives.

Stacy Patino completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Stacy then pursued a Masters degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, Fort Lauderdale, from 2004 to 2005. Additionally, in June 2013, Stacy obtained the SPHR certification from HRCI.
