Susan Conway is an experienced professional in the fields of animal behavior and marketing communication. Currently serving as the Behavior Operations Manager and Training Coordinator in the Behavior Department at MSPCA-Angell since October 2013, Susan has a solid background in canine training and behavior, having previously held the role of Canine Training Coordinator at Quincy Animal Shelter. Prior to this, Susan operated Dawgma Gallery, specializing in modern dog portraits from May 2006 to December 2014. Earlier in the career, Susan gained valuable experience as a Brand Manager at Dunkin' Brands and a Graphic Artist at Mercer Management Consulting. Educationally, Susan holds a BS in Communication from Boston University, an MA in Marketing Communication from Emerson College, a certificate in Professional Photography, and certifications in Canine Behavior & Training from Mount Ida College, as well as Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology.
