Emily Rouleau has a diverse work experience in the fields of social work and child welfare. Emily currently holds the position of Statewide Director of Adoption and Foster Care at the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (MSPCC) since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Early Childhood Regional Director at Sevita from 2022 to 2023.
Before joining Sevita, Emily worked as the Regional Director at Futures Behavior Therapy Center, LLC, overseeing the operations and ensuring the quality of services provided. Emily was with the company from 2021 to 2022.
From 2012 to 2021, Emily held multiple roles at The MENTOR Network. Emily started as a School Social Worker at Cameron Middle School in 2012. Later, they joined The MENTOR Network as a Clinical Supervisor in Foster Care from 2012 to 2014. Emily then served as the Program Director for CBHI Therapeutic Mentoring from 2014 to 2015. Lastly, they held the position of Program Director for Foster Care from 2015 to 2019, where they provided clinical supervision, oversaw services, and ensured program compliance.

Emily Rouleau earned their Master's degree in Social Work from Boston College between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Services, General from Endicott College from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained a certification as a Licensed Independent Social Worker - CP & AP from the Board of Social Work in 2017.
