Charles O. Williams III, Nrp

Charles O. Williams III, NRP, has extensive experience in emergency response and management, serving as a Fire Lieutenant and Paramedic at Rockland Fire Department since June 1988. Williams holds multiple leadership roles, including Union Secretary for IAFF Local #1602 and ALS Coordinator. In addition to fire service, Williams contributes to local governance as a Planning Board Member and Secretary for the Rockland Fire Station Building Committee. As an Assistant Harbormaster for the Duxbury Harbormaster Department since 2015, responsibilities include emergency response and search and rescue operations. A member of the Massachusetts Urban Search and Rescue Team since 1996, Williams serves as a Medical Specialist. Previous roles include serving as Chairman for Robinwood Condominium Association and working as a Paramedic with Brewster Ambulance Service. Williams holds a Bachelor's degree in Emergency and Disaster Management from Western Carolina University and an Associate's degree in Fire Science from Massasoit Community College, along with certifications in emergency medical technology.
