Diane Cooley

Diane Cooley, CFE has a diverse and extensive work experience. Diane started their career as the Director-Recruiting at National Career Centers from April 1989 to January 1994. Diane then joined H&R Block in January 1994 and held various positions such as District Manager, Assistant Regional Director of Support Operations, Assistant VP, Regional Director, Vice President, Talent Management, VP Operations, and Vice President, Client Services Organization. During their time at H&R Block, they led significant growth in revenue, profit, and service quality, implemented strategic initiatives, collaborated on organization restructuring efforts, drove talent development, and volunteered for numerous company pilot programs. In 2019, they joined Massage Envy as the Director of Field Operations and was subsequently promoted to the role of VP of National Operations in September 2021. In their current role, they are responsible for driving profitable growth for 300 franchised locations and leading key strategic initiatives.
