Justin Cryder's work experience began in 2011 with a role as a Legal Extern at the Arizona Department of Gaming, where they performed legal research and writing in various areas of law. This was followed by a position as a Legal Extern for the Honorable Michael Brown at the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One, where they researched and drafted memoranda on various topics. In 2012, Cryder worked as a Legal Research Assistant at Clear Channel Outdoor, where they conducted legal research and drafted agreements. Justin then became a Real Estate Manager at Clear Channel Outdoor in 2013, overseeing transactional real estate matters.

From 2014 onwards, Cryder worked at Massage Envy in various roles, starting as a Legal Associate before progressing to Corporate Counsel, and then Divisional Vice President and Vice President in charge of Franchise Compliance. Their responsibilities included managing compliance and real estate matters for the company.

Justin Cryder completed their education at Arizona State University College of Law, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from McKendree University in 2008. Justin also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Blackburn College, which they obtained in the period from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their educational achievements, Justin Cryder is a Licensed Attorney in the state of Arizona, having obtained this certification in 2014.
