Liz Schaller

Liz Schaller is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in consumer relationship management and performance marketing. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Retention and Performance Marketing at Massage Envy since May 2023, Schaller manages consumer lifecycle strategies and leads CRM efforts to enhance member retention and guest acquisition. Prior to this role, Schaller held various positions at Bose Corporation from 1998 to 2023, culminating in the role of Head of Global CRM and Personalization, where responsibilities included leading a 15-person team, advancing customer retention programs, and driving a significant revenue increase through strategic initiatives. Schaller's early career included roles at Digital Consulting Inc. and Clarke & Company, enhancing marketing strategies in the information technology and public relations sectors. Liz Schaller holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
