Matt Weiss

Matt Weiss, MBA, currently serves as a Strategic Advisor at AWEISSCO, LLC, focusing on franchise development and operational growth since May 2018. With extensive experience as a Multi-Unit Franchisee at Massage Envy, managing operations for over 100 employees, Weiss has demonstrated a strong capability in customer service and personnel management. Previous roles include Franchise Development Director at Level 5 Capital Partners and President/Franchise Co-Owner at Monster Tree Service, where responsibilities encompassed launching operations and overseeing various business functions. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, Weiss holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Lake Forest College.
