Andrew Martel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science, analytics, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as a Consultant for Strategy and Analytics at Marriott International since August 2024, Andrew leads efforts on a loyalty program impacting over 200 million members. Prior experience includes data science management at Cruise, where responsibilities encompassed experimentation and model development, and founding CIRV, an omni-channel marketing platform. As Head of Data at Amynta Group, Andrew established a comprehensive data organization and managed key initiatives such as an enterprise data warehouse. Earlier roles include analytics leadership at Capital One and mobile application development at Southern Methodist University, where Andrew also earned both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
