Holger Meyer zu Altenschildesche is an experienced professional with a robust background in quality management and process technology, currently serving as the Global Customer Quality Program Manager at Givaudan since 2004. Holger has held various roles at Givaudan, including Head of Quality & Process Technology and Manager qm & Industrialization, overseeing quality control, food safety systems, and product industrialization. In addition, Holger is a mentor and jury member at MassChallenge and has judged and mentored at EIT Food's Startup Accelerator. Prior to Givaudan, Holger held positions at sia Abrasives, ETH Zurich, The University of British Columbia, and Max-Planck Institute, acquiring extensive expertise in QC management and technical development. Holger holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from ETH Zürich and a Master's degree in Chemistry from Ruhr University Bochum.
