Mariana Alba

Mariana Alba, PhD, serves as the Head of Business and Management Bachelor Programs at Webster Geneva Campus and additionally holds positions as the Acting Director of Bachelor Programs and Adjunct Professor at the Walker School of Business and Technology, where focus areas include Marketing and Communication. Involved with MassChallenge since 2016, Mariana contributes as an Industry Expert in Global Development & Social Impact within a renowned start-up accelerator. Previous roles include adjunct professorship at Collège de Paris, where Mariana advised on International Cooperation Programs, and quality assurance advisory at UBIS, overseeing accreditation processes in higher education. Mariana has also served as a Business Adviser to the President at the Geneva School of Diplomacy & International Relations, enhancing partnerships and resource mobilization, and was involved in CSR and Business Ethics initiatives at Globethics.net. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Science of Communications from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, alongside various degrees in Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility.
