Vivek Punekar

Vivek Punekar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business leadership and human resources. Currently a member of the Indian Angel Network since June 2015, Vivek also serves as a Senior Advisor at the Deshpande Foundation and as a Startup Mentor at MassChallenge, both roles starting in September 2017 and August 2019, respectively. Previously, Vivek held the position of Chief Operating Officer at AuthBridge Research Services from May 2015 to August 2017, focusing on P&L management, driving business results, and fostering innovative people practices. Prior to this, Vivek was the Chief Human Resources Officer at HCL Infosystems Limited from April 1986 to April 2015, contributing as a strategic partner to the executive team and promoting innovative HR policies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from BVB College of Engineering & Technology and participation in a Management Development Program at XLRI Jamshedpur.
