Rick Heath SPHR

Rick Heath SPHR has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Rick began their career in 1999 as a Training Manager & Human Resource Supervisor for PBR Knoxville LLC. In 2010, they moved to Asia Group International as the Human Resource Director and General Manager Asia Amtex Security Group. In 2012, they joined Pellissippi State Community College as the Solutions Management Director/Business and Community Services. In 2015, they became the Director of Training & Safety for Massey Electric, where they provided development and training opportunities for new and current employees in alignment with business goals and objectives.

Rick Heath SPHR obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development/Training from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2000. Rick also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) certification.
