Mattias Varela

Mattias Varela has extensive coaching experience in youth soccer, currently serving as the Head Coach for FC America Orlando since May 2022, overseeing multiple age groups in the competitive leagues. Varela previously held the Head Coach position at Revolver Football Club from January 2021 to August 2022 and worked as a Development Coach for Florida Kraze Krush. Additionally, Varela gained valuable experience at Orlando City SC in their Little Lions Academy program. Varela has also been employed at Massey Services, Inc. since June 2016, holding various customer care roles. Varela holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Business from Seminole State College of Florida and a High School Diploma from Seminole High School.
