Todd A.

Todd A. has extensive experience in pest control and wildlife management, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at Massey Services, Inc. since September 2012, where Todd received recognition as Service Manager of the Year for the NC region in February 2017. Todd holds multiple certifications, including NCDACS Certified Applicator PW, NCDACS Licensed Pest Control Operator PW, Georgia Certified Operator, and Virginia Commercial Applicator. Todd has created and taught various training classes for management and technicians, covering topics such as product formulations, application methods, and pest biology. Prior to Massey Services, Todd managed service operations as Service Manager and Wildlife Tech at Insight Pest Solutions and worked at Critter Control of Florida as a Supervisor. Todd's educational background includes an Associate’s Degree in Emergency Medical Technology from the Medical Arts Training Center.
