Reema Singh

Reema Singh is a highly experienced claims management professional with over a decade of expertise in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Manager, Claims Indemnity Control at Definity since May 2019, Reema has established key case reserving controls and enhanced claims processes through effective reporting and review systems. Prior to this role, Reema worked at RSA from September 2011 to April 2019, where responsibilities included collaborating on a new internal license database, conducting compliance reviews for claims, and managing Accident Benefit claims. Earlier experience includes positions as a Tort-Auto PD Claims Adjuster at Canadian Direct Insurance Incorporated and Claims Coordinator at National Car Rental. Reema holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Northern British Columbia and has achieved the Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada.
