Will Ren

Will Ren has been working in the workforce development field since 2012. Will has held various roles, starting with Production Manager at Coating Systems, Inc. from 2000-2012. Will then moved on to become Workforce Development Senior Manager at UNITED TEEN EQUALITY CENTER, INC. from 2012-2016. During this time, they also held the role of Assistant General Manager at RestorePro Incorporated from 2016-2016. From 2016-2022, they were the Workforce Development Program Manager at Coalition for a Better Acre. Will currently holds the role of Market Maker Manager at MassHire Lowell Career Center.

Will Ren attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where they studied Business Administration and Management.
