Anne Marie MacPherson

Anne Marie MacPherson is an experienced asset management professional with a diverse background in housing and community development. Currently serving as the Manager of Asset Management at MassHousing since August 2012, MacPherson has previously held key roles such as Managing Director of Product Development at Urban Edge CDC and Housing Development Specialist/Asset Manager at the Supportive Housing Coalition of New Mexico. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Champlain Housing Trust and MMA/Lend Lease, where responsibilities encompassed managing large teams and overseeing numerous multi-family properties. Educational qualifications include a BA in English from Trinity Washington University, an MBA from Questrom School of Business at Boston University, and a MAT in Elementary Education from Simmons University.
