Amalia Santallusia Aguilar

Amalia Santallusia Aguilar has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Amalia'smost recent role was as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Massimo Dutti starting in October 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Global HR Director for Fluidra from November 2019 to October 2023. From 2003 to 2019, they held various HR positions at Lidl España, including HR Director and HR Manager. Amalia also worked as the Responsable de Relaciones Laborales at Valeo Climatización from February 2001 to March 2003.
