Monica Planella

Monica Planella is a seasoned fashion designer with extensive experience in womenswear and print design. Currently serving as a Senior Fashion Designer at Massimo Dutti since February 2016, Monica collaborates monthly with suppliers in Italy to enhance print and garment offerings. Prior to this role, Monica designed bags and accessories for LONBALI, where responsibilities included supplier research and collection development. From February 2012 to June 2015, Monica held multiple positions at SAYAN by Soledad Álvarez, including Assistant Fashion Designer, Ecommerce Manager, Community Manager, and Showroom Assistant, demonstrating a diverse skill set in design, customer service, and brand management. Monica holds a degree in Fashion Design from IED Barcelona and has a background in Law from Universitat de Barcelona.
