Bobby Baucom

Bobby Baucom is an experienced facilities maintenance professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Facilities Maintenance Manager at Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA since January 2006, Bobby oversees fire systems, grounds, security, and maintenance for three sites in Virginia, while also providing support to other locations across the United States. Prior experience includes serving as Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at Hillshire Brands/Sara Lee and Nestlé USA, as well as working as a Maintenance Mechanic at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. Bobby began their career as an Apprentice Outside Machinist and holds education from TCC, where studies were completed from 1992 to 1994.
