John Souders

John Souders is a seasoned software verification project manager currently leading a global team at Massive Entertainment, a Ubisoft Studio, to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications for Ubisoft Online Services. Prior to this role, Souders spent over 15 years at Viasat Inc., where achievements included managing a global development team as a Software Development Manager and spearheading a services ecosystem for the Viasat Common Platform. As a Technical Program Manager, Souders oversaw network infrastructure projects for international clients, and as a Software Engineering Product Owner, played a pivotal role in automating software integration processes. Souders began at Viasat as a Network Operations Technician, rapidly advancing to manage the 24x7 operations of satellite networks. Souders holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fort Lewis College.
