Laura Jones

Laura Jones is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in client services and account management across various industries. Currently serving as the General Manager and Director of Client Services for MassiveMusic in the UK since September 2021, Laura has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Client Services and Account Director. Prior to this, Laura contributed to M&C Saatchi Group AUNZ as a Senior Account Director, where strategic initiatives boosted brand engagement for Lilydale significantly. Experience also includes a successful tenure at Saatchi & Saatchi, launching award-winning global campaigns, and leading media partnerships at Mindshare for high-profile clients such as M&S and American Express. Laura’s career began at Pass It On Media and includes international experience with the British Council. Laura holds a Master's in Marketing and a BA in Combined Arts from Durham University.
