Arfan Mahmood

Arfan Mahmood has a diverse work experience in the field of web development, design, and digital marketing. Arfan founded Bits Technology in 2016, a digital solution provider specializing in graphics design, website design and development, and online marketing. Prior to that, they worked as a Creative Technologist at Upwork, completing over 175 jobs and gaining extensive experience as a full-stack web application developer.

In 2017, Arfan took on the role of Director of Technology at Massive & Company LLC. Before this, they worked as the Web Development Manager at Mapleweb Creative Marketing Inc. from 2006 to 2014, overseeing the development of web-based systems ranging from small portfolio websites to specialty portals.

Arfan's career started at Digital Media Ventures in 2006, where they served as a Team Leader and Senior Web Developer, working on projects involving eCommerce, auction, community, streaming, load balancing, search engine optimization, and payment processing.

Arfan also gained experience as a Senior Web Developer at Arshlink Technologies from 2004 to 2005, focusing on eCommerce, shopping, portals, streaming, data handling, search engine optimization, and payment processing projects.

At the beginning of their career, Arfan started off as a Software Engineer and Internal Quality Auditor at SA Soft from 2002 to 2004, working on various projects related to eCommerce, shopping, portals, streaming, data handling, data entry, and application development.

Throughout their career, Arfan has demonstrated their expertise in web development, design, and leadership roles, gaining experience across multiple industries and successfully completing various projects.

In 1992, Arfan Mahmood attended P.R. High School in Lahore, Pakistan, where they obtained their HSC degree in Science. From 1996 to 1998, they studied at Scholars College of Computer Science, where they earned an Intermediate degree in Computer Science. After that, from 1999 to 2002, they attended the University of the Punjab and received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

In 2016, Arfan Mahmood attended the British Education & Training Systems (BETS) for IELTS Preparation, although the degree obtained is not specified.

In terms of additional certifications, in September 2005, Arfan obtained the Microsoft Certified Application Developer certification from Microsoft. In January 2007, they acquired the Object Oriented Analysis and Design certification from eVentureSolutions.
