Chris Cotillo

Chris Cotillo is an accomplished sports journalist with a focus on Major League Baseball, currently serving as the Red Sox beat writer for MassLive.com since May 2018. In this role, Chris covers the Red Sox by attending over 100 games annually and producing analysis, columns, and features. Additionally, Chris hosts "The Fenway Rundown," a weekly podcast, and is a member of the Boston chapter of the Baseball Writers Association of America. Prior to this, Chris worked as a Major League Baseball Reporter/Insider for SB Nation from May 2013 to May 2018, where a strong network of sources was utilized to break significant news ahead of other outlets while engaging a Twitter audience of over 43,000 followers. Earlier experience includes a role as Baseball Reporter at CLNSRadio.com, where stories were broken using anonymous sources. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned in 2018, and graduated from Algonquin Regional High School in 2014.
