Rick Mongeau is a seasoned professional in manufacturing and supply chain management, currently serving as a Business Development Advisor at MassMEP since 2023. Prior roles include Executive Director and Director of Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Olympus Corporation of the Americas (2017-2022), and Sr. Operations Manager at Image Stream Medical (2013-2017). Rick also contributed as a Project Manager at Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership (2012-2013) and was President of Lampin Corporation (2004-2012), where Rick also held the positions of VP Operations and General Manager. Earlier in their career, Rick served as VP Operations at Luxtec Corporation (1997-2004), and held various roles at Hologic (1987-1997), including Manufacturing Manager, Project Manager, and Quality Manager. Rick Mongeau holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
