Marius Clapon

Marius Clapon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. From 2003 to 2008, they served as the Regional Managing Director at the Media Development Company. Marius then joined Synygy in 2007 as the Manager of Professional Services, where they played a pivotal role in providing sales performance management as a service. In 2014, Marius joined Optymyze as the Director of Professional Services, contributing to the rapid improvement of sales performance and strategic sales operations through cloud software and business process management. Currently, Marius holds the position of Head of IT Delivery at MassMutual Romania, a role they began in 2020.

Marius Clapon completed their education in Computer Science at the Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași from 1997 to 2004, focusing on the field of IT.
