Atsam Raja

Atsam Raja is an experienced leader in project management and consulting, currently serving as the Head of Retail BPMO, Consulting, and Robotics at MassMutual since April 2016. Atsam leads a team of Program and Project Managers supporting seven business units, overseeing over 50 projects annually with a total investment of approximately $75MM. Atsam has fostered a culture of inclusivity and empathy, achieving a manager effectiveness score exceeding 93% year over year in employee surveys. Previous roles include MMUS Enterprise/Portfolio Robotics Lead and BeneClick! Product Manager/Lead, along with advisory work at Tasaa Talent Partners since December 2019, and consulting positions at Slalom and Accenture. Atsam holds an education from the University of Connecticut.
