Elizabeth Nowicki

Elizabeth Nowicki has extensive experience in strategic planning and operational support, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Planning and Operational Support at MassMutual since October 2005. In this role, Elizabeth has been a key member of a collaborative innovation lab, focusing on revenue-generating business models and leading the development of departmental strategies. Prior positions at MassMutual include Strategic Consultant and Strategic Director, where Elizabeth managed post-issue servicing for Disability Income clients and oversaw procedure ownership and risk analysis. Earlier in Elizabeth's career, management experience was gained at Unicare from 1998 to 2004. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Retail Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned between 1988 and 1991.
