Heather Sin is currently pursuing a Master's and Bachelor's of Science at Northeastern University. Previously, Heather held various roles, including Director of Product Operations at MassMutual in 2022, and served as a Business Intelligence Data Analyst at Carbonite from 2018 to 2019.
