Isabella D. Goren

Isabella D. Goren is the current Director at MassMutual. Isabella has held many leadership positions at various companies throughout their career.

Isabella started their career at American Airlines in 1986 in management. Isabella then progressed to Vice President of Interactive Marketing in 1998. In 2006, they became the Chief Financial Officer of American Airlines and AMR Corporation.

After American Airlines, Isabella Goren became a Board of Directors member for LyondellBasell Industries from February 2014 to May 2021. Isabella was also a board member for Gap Inc. from August 2011 to December 2021.

Isabella Goren is now the Director at MassMutual Financial Group.

Isabella D. Goren received their MBA from Southern Methodist University, where they graduated first in their class. Isabella also holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, where they graduated with highest honors.
