John Manoni, MBA, is currently the Head of Finance Solution Design and Implementation at MassMutual. Previously, they held various financial analyst and leadership roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance, including Director of Finance Transformation, where they oversaw enterprise-wide finance initiatives. John also served as an Investment & Business Analyst at EMC and started their career as a Financial Analyst at Vertrue. They hold a BSBA in Finance from Bryant University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Bentley University.
