Mrunal Bhalerao currently serves as a Business Intelligence and Analytics Consultant at MassMutual since February 2024. Previously, Bhalerao held the position of Data Scientist at Qatch from May 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading business meetings to enhance SMS marketing strategies and optimizing product recommendations, resulting in a 20% increase in click-through rate and a threefold return on investment.
