Ra'Ad Siraj

Ra'ad Siraj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, data privacy, and technology. Currently serving as the Head of AI Governance at MassMutual, Ra'ad leads initiatives in artificial intelligence and machine learning as part of the company's digital transformation. Additionally, Ra'ad holds positions on the advisory boards of Whoo Intercom and CrowdComfort, and is a board member for the MS in Applied Economics program at Boston College. Previously, Ra'ad occupied leadership roles at notable organizations such as the MIT Investment Management Company and State Street Global Exchange, driving strategic projects and innovations. Ra'ad holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara.
