Russell Norris

Russell Norris has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Head of Worksite Distribution Strategy and Transformation Workstream Leader at MassMutual Financial Group since March 2007. In these roles, Russell provides strategic guidance for the development and implementation of a transformation plan for the Sales & Distribution function, collaborating closely with executives and consultants. Prior positions at MassMutual include Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Workplace Solutions Client Management, where Russell held accountability for client experiences in Growth and Emerging Markets, as well as Director of Account Management overseeing major retirement customers. Earlier in their career, Russell worked as an Account Manager at Scott Snider, CPA, and as Manager of Retirement Plans at Greif, following time as Manager of Qualified Plans at Crowe Horwath LLP. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Franklin University, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
