Swati Patkar is an accomplished technology leader with over 20 years of experience in software engineering, project management, and product development. Currently serving as the Director of Fraud Prevention Technology at MassMutual since June 2010, Swati leads a diverse team that developed technology capabilities preventing 95% of customer account takeover fraud, safeguarding $124 million in annual account value. Previous roles at MassMutual include Product Management Director, Scrum Master, and Business Architect, where Swati successfully launched digital products and significantly improved customer engagement and service metrics. Prior to MassMutual, Swati held analyst and engineering positions at companies such as Merkle, Fidelity Investments, St. Jude Medical, and Patni Computer Systems Ltd. Swati holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Mumbai University.
